Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
How we avoid keeping any record of your health, and your rights under Washington's My Health My Data Act.
What this policy covers
This policy covers consumer health data, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws, for byzxpo.com and the Byzxpo apps, run by Byzxpo. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
You can search for and browse health care businesses. To show results we process what you type and, if you allow it, your location, at the moment you search.
- We do not save health-related searches to your account or search history, and we do not use them for suggestions.
- We do not count health-related searches in our anonymous search totals.
- We do not store who visits a health care listing: the visit is counted for the business, with no account, network code or browser details.
- Health facts on listings (such as "free care" or "accepts Medicaid") describe businesses, not you.
Where it comes from and why
Only from you, while you use Byzxpo, and only to answer your search and show the listings you open.
Sharing
We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The companies that host and run Byzxpo for us (see "Service providers we use" in our Privacy Policy) process requests only to deliver the service.
No geofencing
We do not set up virtual boundaries around health care facilities to send you messages, notifications or ads.
Your rights
You can ask whether we hold consumer health data about you, get a copy, have it deleted, and withdraw any consent, by writing to privacy@byzxpo.com. We answer within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer; if you are still not satisfied you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
Changes
We will post changes here and, if they change how we use consumer health data, ask for your consent first.
