Community Guidelines

• Review only businesses you have actually dealt with, based on your own experience.
• No paid, incentivised or swapped reviews, and no reviews of competitors or of your own business (or one you work for).
• One review per business. Edit your review if your experience changes.
• Only members with a verified email can review, with a daily limit, so reviews stay honest.

• No harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content.
• Don't share other people's private information.
• Keep it relevant: no spam, advertising or links in reviews and enquiries.

• List only businesses you own or are authorised to represent, with accurate details.
• Don't offer rewards for positive reviews or pressure customers to change reviews.
• Reply to enquiries honestly; don't use customer contact details for unsolicited marketing.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts and listings. To report a review, listing or message, use Help & Support (Ask us anything) and choose "Report a problem", or email support@byzxpo.com.
